Bradford Rand is the President/CEO of Go Green Expo LLC, Job Expo International, WWD Fashion Career Expo and RAND Luxury Inc. Bradford and his talented team have produced over 700 trade shows, job fairs and special events over the last 15 years spanning a multitude of industries. His philanthropic charity events include the Red Cross Benefit & City Harvest; an organization that feeds the hungary of New York. He, like many others were inspired by Al Gore's Inconvenient Truth and realize in his home city of Manhattan there was no event to showcase earth-friendly products & services. Thus, Go Green Expo was born and in April of 2008, the inaugural show featured 250+ exhibits, 50+ speakers, an eco-film festival and nearly 10,000 participants.
He began producing tradeshows and job fairs in 1993 for sales & marketing professionals, bringing experienced professionals with high quality companies for immediate face to face interviews. His company expanded in 1995 into the computer world by producing the largest hiring events for the Technology & Intelligence community; TECHEXPO as well as the leading recruitment events for the Fashion industry; WWD Fashion Career Expo. His company has produced specialized hiring events for Tiffany & Co, IBM, Microsoft, PriceWaterHouseCoopers and AT&T. Over the last decade, it is estimated that Bradford and his team have helped over 500,000 people find their new careers across the United States!
In the entertainment industry, Bradford successfully co-executive produced a children's comedy television series in 2003 that now airs in over 40 countries and launched in the United States. Additional notable shows he has launched include Investment Expo, which became the largest event of its kind in the Northeast providing a forum to educate everyday investors and Health Expo USA, a leading hiring event for the Healthcare & Biotech industries.
Prior to entering the tradeshow business, Bradford gained invaluable advertising/marketing experience working on the American Express account with a boutique ad agency and intensive sales experience working on Wall Street with Bear Stearns & Co. Bradford graduated from the State University at Albany in 1989 with a BA in Communications with a minor in Business. He also studied International Business & Entrepreneurship overseas at the University of North London.
