Go Green Expo - NYC We had a blast at the Go Green Expo in New York City last weekend. We got to meet and introduce lots of new people to dropps, which is always a thrill. It was awesome to see many light bulb moments when people realized that one dropps is equal to one cap full of traditional laundry detergent. Seeing that aha moment never gets old! I attended the first Go Green Expo over the past weekend. Organizers said around 8000 people attended, not bad for a first time attempt. Presentations and panels made for a full schedule of things to look at and attend. There was a wide range of exhibitors- everyone from limo services and construction materials to our green friend Jenny Hwa at Loyale- a supercute fashion collection. Read More! 04.30.08

The Big Apple turned green this past weekend as the inaugural Go Green Expo invaded Manhattan.
At one of the largest green product expos in the country, 250 booths hawked rainforest-seed jewelry, cow-dung paper (don't get it wet), bamboo dresses, candy-wrapper handbags, fair-trade chocolate, and organic vodka (being served by a suspiciously inorganic-looking model). Even a hybrid limo service and a “green” private jet company were on hand to proffer their services (yeah, seems oxymoronic to us too.)

I’m pretty excited… I stumbled across the “Go Green Expo” which will be taking place in New York and Los Angeles this year. Unfortunately for me, the site only has information on the New York Go Green Expo, and I live on the other coast! But, they are asking visitors to their site to check back for updated info on Los Angeles. The dates for the New York expo are April 26-27 at the NY Hilton.
