Katherine Ng is the Director of Business Development for Wu & Associates, Inc., a minority owned business providing sustainable design and construction services to the Philadelphia metro area. A U.S. Green Building Council LEED® Accredited Professional, Katherine redefines industry standards by actively promoting best practices in sustainable building, historic preservation, and design-build philosophies.
Driven by the core belief that true sustainability must be environmentally,
economically, and socially feasible, Katherine and her team of architects,
engineers, and construction experts at Wu & Associates, Inc. work together with clients to understand how each sustainable choice made impacts the broader community. At present, Wu & Associates, Inc. is breaking ground on a $22M LEED design-build project in Philadelphia encompassing the design and construction of two buildings under sustainable standards.
Holding a B.A. in Linguistics from Cornell University and a M.A. in
Psychology from the University of California Los Angeles, Katherine embodies the tenacious belief that every individual has the potential to bring positive change to the world. In an effort to contribute back to the
community, Katherine volunteers her time as a green building specialist on Philadelphia’s Green Economy Task Force, as an historic preservation advisor to the Pennhurst Memorial Preservation Alliance, and as a role model for challenged teens at the Northern Home for Children.
